Time sure is fun when you're having flies

Wow. My last post was January 5th? Really? Hmm, been slacking haven't I?

Well, let's see. Son got through Kindergarten well. He was the best reader in the class (yay!). He will be in the First grade starting August. Supplies have been acquired.

Husband is still in his job (yay).

We're still playing Perfect World when we get a chance. My panda barbarian hit level 100 (yay!)

I've been doing a lot of baking, dishes and laundry. Cleaning - not so much.

Summer has Son & I doing a lot of stuff at the local libraries. Yay for free entertainment, books, and audio CDs. Tomorrow is the end-of-program party though. :( He has a week of art camp at the Museum of Contemporary Art in the nearby (larger) city, then we have 2 weeks of a few part outings with Mah (my mother), then back to school!

One of the activities we did manage to do at home was make-your-own watercolors! Very, very cool. Very simple and very nice. The colors are very pastel, and it dries heavy from the ingredients. But check it out here.

My cross-stitch pattern store is now up. Please visit me at BWBear Productions. There are only a few patterns up right now, and the cart service doesn't default at "1" quantity (I need to call them about that), but that can be altered manually so it isn't *that* big of a deal. Next on that front: more finished models, more patterns, a blog, and possibly a Twitter and Facebook account as well.
