Today's free app is Moon Phase Pro.
If you're a Science Fiction nut like me, you have at least a passing interest in Astronomy. And this is BEAUTIFUL. For some reason, on the calendar, today's moon is incorrectly noted as waning gibbous, even though it is waxing gibbous; but all other days are correct. That is the ONLY discordant note with this app. The pictures of the moon are gorgeous, the calendar information is great, the data is aMAZing. I can't wait for Son to start studying the moon in school just so I can break this app out!
